I can't praise this company enough. I contacted them with a last minute order that included a logo…read more(that needed to be redesigned). Bill went out of his way to get the logo perfect, the colors spot on, and finish the order in time. It's hard to find this kind of service with a smile. Even when I was running late to pick up the t-shirts, Bill stuck around past hours to wait for me. Who does this??? I've used the online order services before, it doesn't compare. Under a week, beautiful printing, nice guy, good products - I can't wait for the opportunity to use this company again.

I'm sure they do great work, I wouldn't know. Terrible communication. Dropped off items, was told…read moretwo weeks. I Had to reach out several times during week 2 to find out when I'd get a mock up. Received mock that was not what was discussed when I dropped off. Sent what I wanted and asked for a completion date. Told I'm next to be completed. 48 hours later still no correction to mock up, reasonably annoyed, I reached out to Karlie again ( On a Friday) saying hey, could you please communicate with me a little better. I'd like it done by Monday but next week being completed would be great for completion as I was told I'm next. (I don't think the word next means what they think it means) if not I'll go somewhere else (hoping to motivate). Instead my desire, wish, nay my basic expectation to have a business communicate with me was a feat not possible for Eagle Embroidery. Very sad to say the least. All a customer expects to be happy is clear communication, and 2 weeks to mean 2 weeks. I get it stuff comes up but at very least that's where communication comes in. Can't believe they did not try and make it right. Pretty ridiculous.

She offers a personal touch approach to alterations where you'll feel one of your best friends is working WITH YOU. You tell her what you want; not her telling you what she'll do! Her price structure is also beyond fair and reasonable. She offers a different "price tear" approach to her work rather than a "price starting at" approach! You will know exactly what you cost is; no surprises EVER! You really can't go wrong with this company! She has also recently paired up with Hand Me Gowns out of Hammonton as their on sight personal seamstress! Hand Me Gowns is also an outstanding business.

Recently, I was able to get my tire tub replaced in 15 minutes and the pricing is reasonable. I love having this shop right in town for all my bike needs!
