My first review ever, just because this place is a good example of what is wrong with the higher education system. I turned in my dissertation, I had already made copies myself to save some money. So all they had to do was the binding. I was kind of surprised when they said it would take 6-8 months for the binding, even more surprised when they told me it would be 55 Dollars per copy. Obviously they are shipping it off to somewhere to get it done, the profit margins must be wonderful. When I finally received the copies, the lady at the counter told me they didn't have any kind of bags for me, but maybe a box. Well she would have charged me for that of course. This is similar to the whole book exchange ripoff that is going on at the university book stores and such things, absolutely ridiculous. Since students don't have any alternative options that are in any way convenient, these places can do whatever. I will give it one more star for a representative I was talking to on the phone and who was pretty nice. read more
