I had energy efficient windows installed by this company. While the windows are great during the…read moreday, at night they turn into blue green mirrors. I reported the problem to the owner the day after they were installed. He was less than helpful on the phone but agreed to come out one evening and see them. I did forward pictures to him. He came a week after they were installed, looked at them and told me I was the first person that ever had this problem. He also said that he would not tell me what the manufacturers said when he called them, no explanation. He told me that if I was unhappy with the way the manufacturer had to follow federal guidelines, I should call my congressman. He told me I should have asked the salesman if I could see out the windows at night. (???) It is evident he had no intentions of offering any explanations, support, guidance, compensation and let me know I was "out of luck." I will be contacting Window World Corporate as well. DO NOT buy from them. Pictures were taken with my cell phone with no filters or color correction. And I am out of luck and need to learn to deal with this?

On top of that, he does no installation and is not very clear about that at the beginning. Delivery is very slow. A rock from the mower hit one of our windows and cracked it just 2 months after we got them and there was no warranty. I will NEVER use this guy again. Spend your money elsewhere!

They did a little research and found out that the truck broke down and the windows were returned back to their warehouse where they've been sitting since the 17th of December. Then also said they would give us addresses for windows in the area so we could see them in person the different types on older homes like ours. Never heard from them.
