We spoke with Ronal about our reno and he was able to accommodate our request. We felt that Ronal was very honest and up front about our kitchen modification. He wanted to point out all the potential complications that could happen with the reno (colour matching, floor modification, toe kick modification) We also wanted to save one piece of the old cabinet to be used on the new installation. Pretty long, but whatever, it's from Italy, and I'm not in a crazy rush to make toasted bread. 9 weeks later, after not hearing anything from them, I call them up, and am told it would actually take 8-10 weeks. 2 weeks later (total of 11 weeks), still no updates on where the toaster is or if it'd been ordered from the manufacturer at all. Was told there was "no way for them to know". Canceled the order. If you don't have something in stock, you probably shouldn't put it up for sale in your shop. --- Update: After cancelling my order, I ended up ordering the exact same toaster (same make, model, colour) from The Bay-- it arrived in a week.

Yes he had! Lacquered doors, quartz counter, porcelain basin, beautiful faucet and soft-closing doors and drawers. As Ammar went off to get the price list I braced myself. I was expecting it to be really expensive compared to what we saw at Rona. Sure it was more expensive but you're getting what you pay for. We also got a toilet there and even its design is elegant (hey it's your porcelain throne right?) and simple. If you don't think items like vanities and toilets are exciting you should have a look in here. Drool-worthy for sure!

The quality of the cabinets and hardware is very good. Installation occurred in a timely manner and was very professional. This was actually the first hardware store where I encountered this as all the chains, even smaller ones, let you browse. They definitely take the pandemic seriously as on top of the no browsing, they have a very fancy system with a light signal telling you when you can come inside where staff will ask you what you want ring you up and then have someone bring your purchase out to your car. It's a pretty effixient efficient system. They also carry sand topping mix, which is sold out pretty much everywhere else in Vancouver. Prices are competitive, not cheap but not expensive. As an independent business, they have a convenient location in kitsilano that is a good alternative to big box stores. The parking lot is small, but does the job.
