They installed the faucet incorrectly and the drawer would not close because it hit the drain pipe. Which was never an issue in the thirty years we lived in the house. Notified Fireplace & Granite immediately and sent photos and then a video they requested because they were too busy to come see the issue. Days went by with no response. We ended up hiring a plumber to adjust the faucet drain pipe. Our salesman (Travis) instructed us to pay the bill and said they would send a check to cover the repairs. Then nothing but excuses when we asked about the refund. "Only the owner can sign checks and he's on vacation. He will send a check when he get's back in town." Months later and still and no reimbursement. Now they don't bother replying to inquiries. Buyer beware.

Overall, wonderful experience, excellent pricing and I LOVE my counters. *disclaimer, I did the tile backsplas, which is why it's not perfect FGD did not do that*

After having IKEA design my kitchen online, I presented the printed plans, showed him to my garage full of my worst IKEA assembly nightmare and he was good to go. Josh has an amazing eye for detail, does excellent work and has people that help him that do the same. His rate is more than reasonable when you factor in prices these days. My home is nearing 100 years old. Perfectly level floors no longer exist. That said, he was able to level each and ever cabinet as it related to where it was on the floor and follow suit with the base molding, often needing to follow the slope of the floor. Also, not all of my cabinets were available from IKEA, so we improvised by ordering extra items from IKEA to which he cut to size and fitted with doors and shelves. I have issues just following the basic instructions. This is why I say he is an amazing craftsman. A basic installer would have given up or not been able finish the project well. There are not many IKEA installers in Charlotte, be sure to come here to Josh!
