Waited patiently for another 3 weeks for a call I never got. I called them and they told me I was reaching out to early. I Finally went in. He told me it needed a belt that was on back order. I got the part number, drove 40 miles to pick it up then brought it to them. Another 3 days went by and I stopped in again. He then told me that it wasn't a belt issue but drive pump issue and there don't work on them. Charged me $86.00 and the thing rides just as bad as when I took it in. They must have never test drove it before until after they replaced the belt. 6 weeks later and it's the same as when I took it in. Poor service, unresponsive and got charged for something that wasn't an issue.

Multiple times we have had our tractor in for service with them and they either just don't do some of the things that you pay to have done, or it is not done right. I like the John Deere product but soon we will be buying a new and bigger tractor and mower and we will find a different dealer or change name brands altogether, and it is due to the service we have received from them and bad service we have heard from other people about them. I do not recommend Lappan's of Gaylord for any kind of business.
