Had most of the parts I needed. The ones they ordered got there quickly. No complaints at all.

They are more than helpful when you buy a John Deere from them, but that is where their service ends. If you want it to run like a deer, I suggest you take your service elsewhere. Multiple times we have had our tractor in for service with them and they either just don't do some of the things that you pay to have done, or it is not done right. I like the John Deere product but soon we will be buying a new and bigger tractor and mower and we will find a different dealer or change name brands altogether, and it is due to the service we have received from them and bad service we have heard from other people about them. Seems they have a problem with warranty work!!!!!Bought a lawn mower from tractor supply that needed warranty work and Lappans were contracted to service it. Called to have a service man pick up my mower (delivery is included in my warranty because I love 1 hour away) they said they wanted more money from the company (cub cadet) to come get it! After Approval from the warranty company, more money was agreed upon and a pick up was scheduled... only to be canceled by Lappans because apparently I was rude! Seems this company could use a lesson is manners themselves! Or just be honest when they don't want to do the work! Will never do business with this company! read more

They are more than happy to sell you brand names, but try to get things serviced, even under warranty and good luck! You can wait weeks or months before they even look at it. They are super rude about the wait as well.
