They are more than helpful when you buy a John Deere from them, but that is where their service…read moreends. If you want it to run like a deer, I suggest you take your service elsewhere. Multiple times we have had our tractor in for service with them and they either just don't do some of the things that you pay to have done, or it is not done right. I like the John Deere product but soon we will be buying a new and bigger tractor and mower and we will find a different dealer or change name brands altogether, and it is due to the service we have received from them and bad service we have heard from other people about them. I do not recommend Lappan's of Gaylord for any kind of business.
