The guy operating the truck was very professional and nice and made quick work of the job -- even though I know it was a difficult job because as far as I know, it has never been cleaned out since the house was built -- but at the very least it had been seven years because that's how long I have owned the house. I received the paid invoice about two days later in the mail and it was less than our guesstimate, which was nice as well and they had notes on the invoice of what we can do to keep the cost down going forward for the next pumping.
