They were Easy to work with and have quality equipment. They service everything and make sure things are clean inside and out

We dropped our tractor off and STRESSED call before any repairs .This New Holland only has 400 hours on it , the first bill from them it only had 376,learning from our first drop off so we thought ....they still did the repairs WITHOUT prior authorization,both totaling $4000.00 . The service guys blamed each other (not my problem ) than they couldn't find my keys and said maybe they are in it (called saying done 6/6 and we picked up 6/15 was out country so it sat outside with keys? Not responsible) To top it off I wanted old part returned to me for their paperwork stated clutch was still good , they gave me every excuse,but DID NOT give me the part at this point I feel we were scammed . Poor business ethics. We will drive extra miles before returning to this store . read more
