I was nervous going into it because I've dealt with contractors in the past that overpromise and disappear halfway through the job, but this experience felt completely different. Pedro was easy to reach whenever I had questions and the crew really seemed to care about getting everything right. They took their time with the layout and made adjustments on site so the fence flowed naturally with the property instead of looking rushed or uneven. The finished product has a very clean look and feels extremely solid. You can tell it was built by people who do this every day and actually care about the quality of their work.

Run away from this company!!! Please read the contract before signing. It is completely one sided…read moreand geared against the client. We waited many months for this company to get a permit, which they charged for. In the meantime, two deposits were due. Before they come to the job, a third deposit was due. On the day of installation, they sent a subcontractor with 3 employees and they were on sight less than three hours. The entire job was overseen and funded by CRA... sat an initial meeting an automatic gate was agreed to. Three days later the salesman text to say it would be an extra $3k, so now there's no gate. We've had no contact with them and have yet to receive an invoice. The girls in the office have complicated things by numbering the invoices as we've gone along... yet to receive a final invoice!! It's been a nightmare... run away from these incompetent individuals, top to bottom.

I paid $325 via Zelle for what was supposed to be a proper repair of my garage door safety sensors…read more Unfortunately, the work was not completed correctly. The sensor wires were not properly repaired; instead, they were poorly spliced. The chain on the garage door opener was also not adjusted as needed. Additionally, I was told the system was lubricated, but there was no visible evidence that this was done. After noticing these issues, I called the company twice to follow up. On both occasions, I spoke with the receptionist, who was polite and assured me that someone would get back to me. Despite these promises, I never received a return call or any follow-up. I am active-duty military and typically handle most home repairs myself. Because I was preparing to leave for several weeks, I relied on a highly rated company to provide professional service and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.

Update as of 3/1/24:…read more One thing to keep in mind which I did not know; if you ever become a client of Zofe and ever need repairs for any reason they have a minimum baseline charge of $1,500. So basically, if your repairs are not even close to that number that is what you're paying at bare minimum. My story is: Recently I had some work done at my residence and I contacted Zofe Fence to come and quote me a repair. They never came out but communicated with me very professionally on the phone and then we moved the conversation to text messaging as most places do. This repair was only needed because due to some construction changes and not on Zofe's quality of work in 10/2021. I shared with them what I needed, pictures and they immediately told me their $1,500 minimum charge on repairs. Obviously, I said no because it did not make any sense. I was disappointed but their policy is their policy so I thought it was important to share with Yelp so you can make informed decisions. I guess I will find someone else to help me repair what I need or spend sometime on YouTube learning how to fix it myself.
