Awesome people, great business, and amazing service. If you are looking, please check these folks…read moreout. Our circumstances did not follow the usual reason for looking for a reliable body shop...we purchased what was supposed to be a 2025 certified pre owned (CPO) Hyundai from a dealership. We found out after the fact that the vehicle actually does not qualify as a CPO due the having been involved in an accident and having a front fender and a front door replaced with parts that do not have VINs that match the VIN of the vehicle. To further complicate this, the GM at the dealer claims ignorance of this absolute fact stating that they relied on the Carfax that does not show an accident...well, if his statement was actually true, then "why" were the photos in CPO inspection documentation that we were provided altered to attempt to show the correct VIN on front passenger door (if you actually were NOT aware of the vehicle being in an accident, then you would not need to FAKE the photo....right?) At any rate this has been referred to the Hyundai National Customer service folks. Hyundai National asked for all the documentation that we could provide so we asked the good folks at Master Match Collision Repair to conduct a forensic inspection of our vehicle and issue a written statement of findings. Conclusions - Right front fender, no VIN tag, was replaced, right front door, wrong VIN tag, had been replaced, right rear door repainted, missing gromets, right front fender liner damaged and should be replaced. Passenger side missing three retainer clips that help hold the front bumper cover on. We found that the VIN on front passenger door belonged to a donor vehicle, a 2024 Elantra (ours is a 2025) that was totaled in or around Temple in July 2025. This is probably where the front fender came from....SO, we are thankful for the great, professional, and prompt assistance from the good people (Roland in particular) at Master Match for the assist in finding all the issues and helping us prove that the dealership (not naming them here yet) sold us a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage and while they claim ignorance using the "Carfax" excuse, they cannot explain faking the CPO document photo. If you need outstanding, professional assistance with your vehicle, please consider Master Match, they are good and honest folks at a time in the world when you do not know who you can trust, trust Master Match.

I managed to put a small dent in my tailgate moving some stuff. Every time I looked at the car…read morethat's all I could see so I decided to get it fixed. Of course I turned to yelp to find a qualified repair shop in the area. The people from master match collision contacted me promptly, provide me with an estimate, they got me on their schedule within a week. Their process is seamless, their service is excellent, and their prices are competitive. Today I picked up my truck and was thoroughly impressed. They fixed the dent and repainted the tailgate and you would never know a dent was ever there. If you ever need collision repair in the San Antonio area I would highly recommend this shop!

THINGS HAVE CHANGED!!!…read more I was a little bit skeptical of choosing this location at first due to the lower ratings from about a year ago (As of 5/30/2022). However, I can fully assure I made the correct decision! I worked with Tammie specifically after my truck got in an accident, she was amazing and communicative. All of the work that was done to my truck was done properly and exceeded expectations. when I showed up to pick up my truck (which by the way is a dusty work truck of mine) they cleaned the truck too... tire shine, washed and more importantly.. NO MORE DUST! Definitely a worthy location, please don't let the old reviews intimidate you. This location has changed for the better! Thanks for the work Caliber Collision!!

I figured, I was hit/nicked that cause some inside damage to that bumper. The lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) who was giving the estimate, looked at damaged bumper and stated it may be an easy fix. She goes and gets the mechanic Victor. He looked at and asked if I 5 to 10 minutes? (Sure!) And he took the truck around back and fix it. Changed, a bolt/missing washer/nut that came loose. And sent me back on my way! Wow, just that easy and no charge! Thank Again! Been there several times and always had great service! Today, lifetime customer! And sharing this experience with others! FYI - my first ever post. Having a European car in the Texas Hill Country can be a challenge when it comes to getting it…read moreserviced. When that car is 18 years old, the challenge is even greater. I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews. I usually read reviews rather than write…read morethem. However, after my experience with Import Euroworks LLC in 2026, I feel compelled to share my experience so other BMW owners can make an informed decision. On June 4, 2026, my vehicle developed a serious issue. While parking, the cooling fan came on at full speed and I received a yellow temperature warning. I immediately stopped driving and contacted Paco. I was initially quoted approximately $1,300 for a water pump and several hoses. I also experienced what appeared to be an electrical issue. I heard what sounded like an electrical surge near the glovebox and hazard-warning area. Subsequently, my rear lights remained illuminated and my battery died. Paco identified several possible causes, including a ground strap, failed module, or relay. He advised me not to purchase additional parts and recommended towing the vehicle to his shop so he could install/register the battery and perform a computer diagnostic (Computer). I was later informed that the vehicle would not start and that work had already been performed under the hood. I was subsequently told that the engine had zero compression across all six cylinders. My valve cover was removed and additional work was performed before I fully understood the extent of the diagnostic process or engine disassembly. My vehicle remained at the shop for approximately a month. During that time, communication became increasingly difficult. Calls and texts frequently went unanswered, and I repeatedly had to contact the shop or physically visit the business for updates. I also found myself repeatedly explaining the history of my vehicle. Because I was not receiving clear answers, I conducted my own research regarding possible causes and appropriate diagnostic procedures. I repeatedly asked what testing had been performed and what conclusions could reasonably be supported by those tests. I did not receive the level of documentation or explanation I expected. I was eventually told that the engine had overheated so severely that it was effectively destroyed and that an engine replacement was necessary. I was quoted approximately $5,000 and asked for $2,000 down. On August 28, I went to the shop to inspect my vehicle. I was shocked to find the engine compartment substantially disassembled. The valve cover, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold, cooling fan, intake air box, wiring harness, and other components had been removed. Some parts were in the passenger floorboard while others were in the trunk. The vehicle had also been sitting outside with the engine substantially exposed. I was subsequently told that a leak-down test indicated air was leaking between cylinders 1 and 2 and that no further testing was necessary. The recommended solution was essentially an engine replacement. Ultimately, the replacement engine did not happen. I was told it was no longer available and that the business had determined repairing my vehicle was not worth their time. I ultimately arranged for the vehicle to be towed elsewhere. Afterward, I discovered additional concerns, including a missing rubber grommet, missing intake-snorkel screws, missing screws for the cabin air-filter housing, damage to that housing, and a wiring harness that appeared to have been reinstalled incorrectly. I provided Paco with photographs documenting these concerns. I was told the missing items could be put back if I returned the vehicle, but I was not comfortable bringing it back. To be clear, I am not a mechanic, and I am not claiming to know exactly what caused the mechanical failure or whether any particular person caused the damage. I can only speak to what I personally experienced, what I was told, and what I personally observed. I have photographs and documentation supporting my concerns. Paco, I genuinely hope you take this experience as an opportunity to reflect on how customers and their vehicles are treated. The level of trust I once had in your work is no longer there. Be better. Do better. Customers deserve nothing less.
