They jumped on the phone and made arrangements for me with a place they were pretty sure could help me. I drove up there the same day and had all my issues sorted. My point is this: Wouldn't it be great if every business's first goal was a happy customer? My situation was VERY tricky and not-at-all common. I'm sure they can help you with everything you need, but knowing that they'll do what they can, even when they're not going to make a dime doing it??? This is what customer service looks like. I simply asked why not? He claimed a truck was going to show up "any minute" to pick up used tires. Then he said I can ask the guys up front. I said don't worry about it and as I pulled out of the driveway, he screams have a nice day... I went and talked to someone inside the office and he looked at me weird when I said the guy said he wouldn't fill up the tire. And said to bring it back around. I do that, another guy walks up, proceeds to excuse the other employee and comes up with some BS any their compressor can't fill up my tire and that I need an appointment for them to look at the tire. I said I was just trying to fill it up since it's a tire shop. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices. Definitely will go back!
