I have a great aftercare plan as well. I loved the location, ease and cost (free!) of parking. The environment was professional, but really fun. Mostly, I'm grateful that I was in good hands (literally!) and the result was extremely positive. I hope I don't need physical therapy again, but if I do, I'll gladly return to Texas Physical Therapy Specialists at Bailey Center on 34th Street. Grácias, Dr. Tim and team!

Due to an urgent personal situation I had reschedule my Friday 11 AM appointment to Mon or Tue next week - just 2-3 days away. They consider this a cancellation within 24 hours - agreed i called at 11.26 am on Thu, but i was surprised that a reschedule is considered a cancellation. Their written policy at the centre states cancellation within 24 hours or no show incurs a $50 fee - but nothing about rescheduling. The lady on the phone tells me that rescheduling for the same week doesn't incur any penalty but rescheduling for the next week is considered a cancellation (?). And even if i wanted to reschedule for the same day - Friday, they didn't have any appointments left - but its still my problem to pay a penalty! The ridiculousness of their policy is just outrageous.

He is clearly well qualified, he's very nice, and he listens and responds to my comments and questions. The facility is very well equipped and pleasant to be in (and I'm really glad they opened a Georgetown satellite and I don't have to deal with the Austin traffic). Home exercises that are specifically for my needs are posted on line each week, and have videos as well as written instructions. They're pretty easy to follow (though not necessarily easy for me to do ). I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be at Symmetry and especially to work with Brad. Even though it's sometimes hard work, I actually look forward to the sessions.

I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I highly recommend it to ANYONE who is in ANY kind of discomfort.

I called on 4/1 and was told I could come on 4/3, or the week of 4/15. I chose 4/3. I spelled my name for her twice since she took it down incorrectly the first time. She called back afterwards saying she hadn't taken my name down. I reminded her I had even corrected her, and she remembered and apologized. Then I got an e-mail confirming 4/5. I called back and she said that was a mistake and I'm scheduled for 4/3. I couldn't find the place on 4/3, and called. She said I'm scheduled on 4/10, which wasn't even available when I first called. I actually never got a confirmation for either day. In each interaction I asked about paperwork she said she would send me. Of course I still haven't gotten it.

She said they cannot store my medical files online. I said that's only if I don't sign HIPAA. She said, "Well then, if you don't sign HIPAA, then you're not good fit with us." I don't have a problem signing HIPAA. I never said I don't want to sign HIPAA. I just know from my chiropractor's office that they store medical files in file cabinets because none of their patients have signed HIPAA. Lady Bird can store all of my medical files online and add me to the system as long as I sign HIPAA. I just don't want to log in to look at my exercises because I already have a gazillion accounts online. I did not appreciate her attitude.
