I refinanced my car three years ago, I was insured with farmers prior to this. While on the phone with them I was advising of my lien holder change. They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.

Exceptional Service - Felicia is the Insurance Agent Everyone Needs!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Felicia and the level of service she provides as an insurance agent. Working with her was one of the most thorough and reassuring experiences I've ever had when dealing with insurance. From the very beginning, Felicia took the time to truly understand my needs. Instead of just quickly providing a quote like many agents do, she asked thoughtful and detailed questions about my home, lifestyle, coverage concerns, and even potential risks I hadn't considered. It was clear she wasn't just trying to sell a policy -- she genuinely wanted to make sure I was properly protected. What really impressed me was her ability to explain complex insurance terms in a way that actually made sense. Insurance can be confusing, but Felicia broke everything down clearly so I could understand exactly what I was paying for and why certain coverages were important. She made sure there were no gaps in my coverage, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Another thing that stood out was her professionalism and responsiveness. Anytime I had a question, she responded quickly and with detailed information. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, and she was always willing to walk me through different scenarios to help me make the best decision. Felicia is also incredibly proactive. She looks for ways to save you money while still maintaining strong coverage, which is something I truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who balances affordability with protection as well as she does. In a world where many people feel like just another number, Felicia makes you feel like a valued client. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication to making sure her clients are well insured truly set her apart. If you are looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely cares about protecting her clients, I highly recommend Felicia. You will not regret working with her! 10/10 service -- I wish more professionals operated with the same level of care and integrity.
