I have insured all of my vehicles with State Farm for nearly 30 years and all of my homes for more…read morethan 10 years. Unfortunately, when my previous agent retired, I was reassigned to Jason Barnes. Since then, my customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I have never been able to speak directly with my agent, as he is consistently unavailable and does not return calls. Additionally, the staff in the office are not equipped to answer my questions, take accurate messages, or provide timely follow-ups. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be switching to Allstate this week--and, regrettably, it appears that no one in that office is concerned about losing a long-standing client.

I switched to State Farm before…read morethe previous owners retired , and I was assured by Maria( previous co-owner) that the new guy, Jason Barnes, is a great guy. Maria was incorrect, Jason Barnes and his team are PHENOMENAL! I know that you didn't ask but I'm feeling generous so I'll tell you. They're great listeners, professional, personable, knowledgeable, consistent and they anticipate your needs. For example, I just inquired of Deante about life insurance and I had in mind to compare whole life vs term , I didn't have to ask him because he automatically provided the information. He also noticed that my birthday will be tomorrow and wished me a happy birthday in advance and explained premiums are based upon your age when you initially enroll. I talked to Kailyn a few minutes earlier to make my payment in advance of autopay. She was cheerful just like every agent that I've ever spoken to at Mr. Barnes' office. I don't know how Mr. Barnes vets potential employees but he needs to teach this skill to other employers and industries because customer service, including in the medical field is desperately lacking when it comes to hiring people who are emotionally intelligent. I pray that Mr. Barnes becomes prosperous to the extent that he can send his agents on all-expenses paid holidays(vacations). Quality and Customer First Service- I'm here for it!!!
