Meet the Business Owner: Shane S.
Shane has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years. He prides himself on customer service and explaining to his customers that not all insurance is equal! Many insurance agents today are quietly placing huge deductibles on homeowners policies to seduce customers with lower prices, without explaining that they will be thousands of dollars out of pocket when a claim inevitably happens. Unlike many agents, Shane doesn't try to win over customers with lower premiums alone. He tries to show his value by explaining the different quality of the various carriers and presenting the numerous policy options that allows his customers to custom build the policy that fits their budget and matches their risk tolerance.
