We had sent numerous emails, and made numerous phone calls requesting confirmation of cancelled policy and a refund check...while we received email confirmation, we still received no check. We are going to look into legal matters regarding our refund. Additionally, even after I told the agency that my basement was fully furnished, when I received the policy and combed through it, I saw that she had put my basement as only 25% partially finished. Probably to make it cheaper just to get the sale. I didn't appreciate that deception. I wouldn't recommend this particular agency for your insurance needs. They only seek to secure the business rather than take care of the customer.

Paul gave me a breakdown of any issues he saw as he came across them, so I already had an awareness of any items to remedy before receiving the report. The report was extremely detailed, with accompanying pictures. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because we had to hire a separate company to do a mold check. While White Glove did check the attic and found potential for past leaks and indicated a possibility for mold growth, they did not explicitly find mold. Mold was found by a separate attic company.
