We inquired as to why it was so late and we were informed they actually didn't need to get us the paperwork until April 15,2024, the day taxes had to be filed. Reading online, TurboTax and our personal accountant all stated we should have received the papers by March 15. Miller & Associates refuse to respond to an email inquiry. Stay away

Jenya (and staff) have consistently returned calls/emails and, unlike many businesses, who might "fudge" their way through a topic about which they're not certain, Rose Tax will refer you to other resources who can assist with your specific questions. I appreciate this - would much rather have someone tell me "I don't know for sure, but here is someone who would be a great resource for you" than "I'm pretty sure it's this" or "I THINK it's probably that." The latter is not helpful! I would definitely recommend.
