I usually don't write reviews but I have been so impressed with the service that Mark and Jason have given us that I wanted to share. Our agent at St Farm who we had been with for 25 years passed away about a year ago so we decided it was time to reassess our current policies and try to find another agent that we felt comfortable with. Before talking with Jason , I took a copy of our policies to another agency and they were not able to even come close to being able to match our current coverage without increasing our cost of insurance dramatically. My friend recommended we give Jason and Mark a call. Jason showed me areas in our policies where we were very under insured and recommended some changes in order to protect us more. In no way did I ever feel pressured to buy something I didn't need. Just the opposite. I could tell that they really had my best interests in mind. After increasing the coverage on many of our policies and including some riders that I never would have thought about, the cost of our insurance was only about $200 dollars more per year than we had been paying. Southwest Insurance now insures our home, 3 cars, 2 boats and has our personal umbrella policies. I really think we have found another agency that we can trust. read more

I have had my insurance through Southwest now for a couple of years and their customer service is outstanding. When I first switched over they made it seamless and very easy for me.
