I received a bill from State Farm without any explanation of why I was being charged, despite already paying thousands of dollars for my auto and home insurance. I called the office and spoke with Elizabeth and Schyler, and I also emailed the office and Bill Gigler directly, hoping someone could explain the charge and help resolve the issue. I even called State Farm's 800 number, but I was directed back to Gigler's office. Unfortunately, I never received a satisfactory explanation or resolution, and I never received a response from Bill Gigler. After being a loyal customer for years, I expect my insurance agent's office to be responsive and willing to help when there's a billing question or concern. I'm disappointed that I've had to spend so much time trying to get a straightforward issue resolved without getting the assistance I needed. I'm now shopping for a new insurance agent who values customer service, communicates with their clients, and is there to help--not just collect payments. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
