Angela hustled and advertised competitive insurance rates via social media and explained that the rates would be better if I added life insurance to my existing auto insurance, I was reluctant but eventually agreed. However, I got into an accident and when I called them, first off they never picked up. And, eventually after multiple calls a day for a week the operator finally picks up after a week and directs my call only to be told that my policy is not in force with the company. I called Angela couple times after that last month to figure out whats going on, but the same thing no phone calls answered. I am going to be reporting them for their ill practices and get this business closed down before they scam others and mislead other innocent people.

Case in point: On 9-1-2016, after a couple days of asking for the emailed refund form, I finally recieved the e-signature form and returned it to them (via the same email they sent it to me). According to them, all they had to do was forward that email to a corporate processing site. On 9-21-2016, I called that corporate site for the reason of the hold up (no refund). They informed me that nothing was recieved from Trunnell and my refund hasn't even been started (They were even asking me about the stauts of my next month's payment!). Total B.S., I am going to contact the IL department of insurance to get involved. Avoid this Agency.
