Two years ago I got a phone call from Kristen offering to give me a quote on my home and auto insurance. I did not respond at first but when I got my next renewal from my current company (major company and I had for 15 years) and saw how I was increased on both home and auto with NO claims, I called Kristen back and asked for a quote. After being a State Farm customer with homeowners and multiple cars we were unceremoniously dropped for 2 ridiculously small claims from our 2 teen drivers. One with a total State Farm payout of $1300 and the other a total payout of $800. If I had known this would cause cancellation, I would have paid these out of pocket but it was never even discussed by my agent of almost 15 years. I got the notice in the mail, no phone call, nothing! I transferred all of our coverages to Hicks and have since been very satisfied.
