According to them, all they had to do was forward that email to a corporate processing site. On 9-21-2016, I called that corporate site for the reason of the hold up (no refund). They informed me that nothing was recieved from Trunnell and my refund hasn't even been started (They were even asking me about the stauts of my next month's payment!). Total B.S., I am going to contact the IL department of insurance to get involved. Avoid this Agency.
