He has ALWAYS addressed each of my issues and managed my pain, going over everything with me. He has always given me the time needed. I took my 90+ yo mother there for years b4 her passing. He filled her pain pump. She could be in such great pain. She had gone to many pain doctors b4 but she liked him best by far. I have recommended him to three of my friends only to find out they already go to him and love him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

There were two medical assistants at check-in, otherwise the waiting room was deserted. I was checked in right away and in a few minutes I was called in. After they weighed my carcass, and then took my medical history, the doctor came in. Although it was quick, the exam was thorough. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The facility is clean and well lit, and everyone appeared to enjoy being there, even with someone showing up at closing. Although there are urgent care facilities closer to me, this IU Health has been the most accommodating and professional.

Honestly do not recommend but let's go over things I've seen / heard while working here …read more -Dietians are really rude and make their cooks and culinary aids work and with fevers ,pneumonia,Covid symptoms. -They don't let you take time off for your family . Only option is to quit . They also get mad when people try to communicate with the dietitians . There pushy and rude and they interrupt people's sentences all the time and the residents too , no workers let them communicate their feelings . -The cnas are extremely rude to residents/House keepers/Receptionist -They mess up the pay grades and or don't pay people . -Mold in the kitchen . In the ceiling and in dish room . -They won't let anyone change shifts in any departments -Dementia unit is the only good unit in this place -They aren't very understanding -if you also test positive with Covid you are able to come back in five days even if you had Covid . They also say that the workers shouldn't test for another ninety days so no positive Covid tests show up during this time . -The supervisors tell everyone to pull up their mask but don't wear them them selves . -They let the residents sit and scream when they need a blanket ,a mask put up ,pushed to their room .anything the residents need the cnas expect them to do them selves . -The cnas also always came in there and were demanding food in the middle of the line especially this women on the 200 unit .Theresa not sure if she still works there but wouldn't recommend having your family member put on 200 . Try on all costs to have them put on 300,400 units and the dementia unit. -The food is also so terrible . And the cnas will steal food from the resident and claim the resident doesn't have any food. -I just can't stress enough how disrespectful and Inconsiderate this place . I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR FAMILY IN YOUR CARE OR SEND THEM SOME PLACE ELSE . Not only I but other people I've talked to/heard stories ,these people also do not recommend this place or talking to the dietitian lady or any of the cnas .

They direct you to their MyChart but it's hard to sign up for it and then they don't upload the results onto the mychart in a timely manner . Home Instead Senior Care was awful to deal with regarding our mother's end-of-life care last…read moreautumn. We hired them to provide 12-hour night-time care, from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., on Sundays through Thursdays. We were assured by them that they had, could, and would provide experienced staff for our needs. Our mother lay in her bed in her Assisted Living apartment, in hospice, with dementia and declining health, slowly dying. They did not meet either their obligations or our needs. Their one "experienced" nighttime caregiver, they kept pulling off the job for other, evidently more important daytime clients, and they kept sending us totally new and inexperienced caregivers who, frankly, didn't seem to care. Despite strict instructions to NOT SLEEP on the job, and the knowledge that we had nanny-cams in the apartment, one of the "substitutes" even brought her own blanket, and slept on the sofa for several hours at a time before we finally demanded she be removed from the assignment. Another person assigned to our contract cancelled routinely, at least once a week, on zero notice, with seemingly made-up excuses. The firm routinely failed to send a replacement. Their attitude was one of pretty words of regret and "so sorry," but, in point of fact, of flipping the problem back into our laps with no notice, no backup, and, seemingly, no qualms. The only solution to this problem which they left us, was for our closest family member, who lives 2.5 hours away in Chicago, to drop everything and drive down to "take the shift" for which Home Instead had been hired under contract. We finally had to fire Home Instead Senior Care for breach of contract. Finding a replacement on short notice was impossible. We ended up having to do the job ourselves. We did this by multiple family members tag-teaming observation of our mother all night via the security cameras. We had to then call the night nurse at her facility (since our mom had dementia and had no idea of how to use the call-for-help button) if there was a material problem. It was infuriating, insulting, and just added to our stress and heartbreak. This firm not only didn't lessen our burden, they doubled it at a time when we were desperate and vulnerable. Home Instead's idea of job performance was clearly "Family Instead." As an EMT friend of mine once said, "Run as from fire." This firm was just dreadful.

This was something I figured I could have done myself. Dr. Williams doesn't have computers in the examining rooms so he pays attention to what I'm saying.
