My TSH and cortisol were perfect before treatment and sky rocked during treatment. I was there for Lyme treatment. When I was tested again,!after treatment with Dr Hanau, my numbers were higher and I had another band of Lyme. The next dr I went to said that he had to repair all the damage of my previous treatment from Dr Hanau before he would even start Lyme treatment. I have yet to be reimbursed for my unused and paid in full treatment packages. I haven't been reimbursed for supplements ordered that haven't been received. Also the prescriptions that Dr Hanau would order she wouldn't let you pick them up and pay for them at the pharmacy. She would have them delivered to her office then add a fee to them. I get the same prescription from my doctor at the same pharmacy and its $70 Cheaper. I have had a doctor tell me he knows several people who have been harmed by her treatment. I wish I knew that before I went to her. Her office is chaotic and several of my appointments where changed it delayed at the last min. Dr Hanau is not a women of integrity or good character

Honestly do not recommend but let's go over things I've seen / heard while working here …read more -Dietians are really rude and make their cooks and culinary aids work and with fevers ,pneumonia,Covid symptoms. -They don't let you take time off for your family . Only option is to quit . They also get mad when people try to communicate with the dietitians . There pushy and rude and they interrupt people's sentences all the time and the residents too , no workers let them communicate their feelings . -The cnas are extremely rude to residents/House keepers/Receptionist -They mess up the pay grades and or don't pay people . -Mold in the kitchen . In the ceiling and in dish room . -They won't let anyone change shifts in any departments -Dementia unit is the only good unit in this place -They aren't very understanding -if you also test positive with Covid you are able to come back in five days even if you had Covid . They also say that the workers shouldn't test for another ninety days so no positive Covid tests show up during this time . -The supervisors tell everyone to pull up their mask but don't wear them them selves . -They let the residents sit and scream when they need a blanket ,a mask put up ,pushed to their room .anything the residents need the cnas expect them to do them selves . -The cnas also always came in there and were demanding food in the middle of the line especially this women on the 200 unit .Theresa not sure if she still works there but wouldn't recommend having your family member put on 200 . Try on all costs to have them put on 300,400 units and the dementia unit. -The food is also so terrible . And the cnas will steal food from the resident and claim the resident doesn't have any food. -I just can't stress enough how disrespectful and Inconsiderate this place . I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR FAMILY IN YOUR CARE OR SEND THEM SOME PLACE ELSE . Not only I but other people I've talked to/heard stories ,these people also do not recommend this place or talking to the dietitian lady or any of the cnas .

The place was very clean and comfortable. Any question I had about the extractions were answered by his assistant before he came into the room. She was very nice and helpful. The room was relaxing and had a great view of a pond with geese in it. Dr. Hendrikson was to the point and did his job very well. He was quick and very professional. He let me know when every tooth came out. He's great at what he does and would recommend him to anyone! Things couldn't of gone any better :)

Sometimes he gets behind schedule and you have to wait a little longer, but it's worth it. Every person on his staff is at the top of their game. They are very capable and efficient yet very courteous. Cancer is a difficult trial, but it is nice to feel confident in the care provided. They return calls promptly and follow up on any patient concerns - even on weekends and holidays.

I almost died here in February 2025 - I went to the ER with…read moresevere abdominal pain and I was treated like a drug seeker and told that I was perfectly healthy. I called my mother to come get me and take me to another hospital, but the ER doctor refused to let me leave with her and forced me to take their ambulance.. when prior to this, he was ready to send me home. I got to a Lafayette hospital and was rushed into surgery because my appendix had bursted and I was septic at that point - which the Lafayette doctors could see clearly from the tests done at Williamsport hospital. The Lafayette doctors saved my life. I got a bill from Williamsport hospital charging me $6000 after insurance, $3000 of which was for the ambulance ride I was forced to take. I contacted patient services about my experience and I was told that they "met their standards of care." I'll be paying on this bill for years when all they did was put my life in danger. I also had X-rays of my lumbar spine done here summer 2025 (i should have known better, I know) and they told me I was perfectly healthy. I just had those X-rays analyzed by another doctor today and he can see clear spinal deterioration - which is irreversible and progressive, so now I get to see how much worse it's gotten since trusting Williamsport hospital with my care last summer. Please seek alternative care, even in an emergency. This place is a walking malpractice suit waiting to happen, and I'd be heartbroken to see how many people have suffered under their care.
