    TL;DR I've written a fair amount of reviews and I'm rarely…read morethis ticked off about a customer service experience. It was not so much the money in this case but the attitude. Thank GOODNESS I didn't have a reason to ask for help on a more expensive item. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER WAS A TOTAL A**. The prices are a little on the high side and I can live with that if the customer service is OK. But this was worse than anything I might expect at a Walmart or a Target AND more expensive. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! HIGHER PRICES AND CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think perhaps he doesn't realize there are many vape stores and people have a choice. So I picked up a delta 10 vape pen cartridge on Monday. I found out after that Wednesday offers 20% off. Didn't see anything about it written anywhere but I figured if I just brought it back today (Wednesday) I could swap it out and get the discount. I've been there several times without discount so I figured it would be nice to get one this time. ;) Nope. He basically said, too bad. Tough luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone get anything because apparently you are SOL if there's a price change or some other reason to return an item. More detail: I wanted a discount on an item that I found out went on sale after I got it. The manager said at the very bottom of the receipt it says no returns. I saw no signs, and nothing was said to me about that when I got it. I said, ok, well can I just get a replacement charger for my pen? Those are $3.00 (probably cost them $1.00). As as a small business owner I know a little gesture like that could help build good will. I might have even taken it as an opportunity to realize managing customer expectations is my job as an owner and decided it cost me $1.00 to realize an obvious sign would help, AND I would have gained an appreciative customer. But instead the manger got rude, said it was all on me and no way he would do anything, I should've looked at the tiny print at the bottom of the receipt. I asked to speak to the owner. He said no, that he was the manager and too bad but tough luck.
