I visited this store last night and I promise you that I will never visit again. The employee Danny…read morewas so rude and condescending. I was there to purchase a "bowl" for someone else. First I walk in and he's sitting down in a chair and doesn't acknowledge me so I say excuse me do you have "bowl" Danny says no and that's it. I had already been told that they have them so I ask again he proceeds to tell me that he's not going to sell me anything because I called it a "bowl" which means that I'm going to smoke pot or weed so I need to leave and that he should have thrown me out the first time I said "bowl". I was extremely upset and angry with the way I was treated. The customer service provided to me by Danny was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. To the owner I would highly suggest you find employees who know how to provide better customer service or Danny will continue to cause you to lose business

Been a loyal customer for years. One day I accidently took a gummy thinking I paid for it, but had…read morebrain fog and forgot to do so. The next time I come in, they accuse me of stealing. No asking for my side of the story, no asking what happened No asking for my side on what happened. I got accused of "theft" by the manager without As someone who has been going here for years, I am sad to see how far this store has declined in value. It used to be a place where they care about customers. Now, make one simple mistake, and they turn on you- without even the courtesy of asking WHY or WHAT HAPPENED. WTF?! I would not have felt the need to say anything if this woman just handled the situation differently than she did. All she had to do was ask "care to explain what happened?" and I would have told her my brain farted. What SHE said was "you stole. You looked at your hand, saw you had a gummy, and walked out anyway. "you knew what you were doing". NOT TRUE. I was having a mental health issue that day and no one bothered asking to see if I actually meant to take anything. Had they simply told me "hey, you forgot to pay" I would have gone back and paid in a heartbeat. Instead I get accused of theft without them even checking to see if their own theory is true or not. As someone who has been going here years, let me say this place is no longer a place I enjoy. This place has dropped in quality so much it is clear they are about profits over customers. Congratulations, you just lost one of your most loyal customers. This woman is a bitch.

So luckily my cuz spotted this little shop, I was skeptical because I'm used to vape shops being strictly vape shops no tobacco. I walk in hoping to find my exact vape ...no luck and limited variety but if your just starting out this is perfect too much to choose from can be overwhelming. Customer service was great the two gentlemen very pleasant one just learning the ropes and the other very knowledgeable and courteous. I walked out happy with the SMOK G150 kit that includes a big beast tank but I prefer my baby beast. The new guy adjusted my levels showed me how to use the LCD screen. I LOVE this vape it's smaller than my original one. I like them little and cute with lots of power and this is it. When I'm back in Wakeforest I will come and check out the juices next. Only 4 stars because of the limited variety.
