To whom this may concern, well first off id like to say that this has been one of my favorite shops to buy vape products but that has changed due to the fact that i called in today and was told that the AWT 3.7v 3500 MAH were in stock and and when i got to the shop the employee handed me AWT 3.7v 3300 MAH and i asked him if he had the ones o asked for and was told also last week when i came in i spoke to someone there and he showed me those ones so i know you had them in stock so when i asked the employee if these were the only ones he had he said thst they are not makin those anymore and he continued to give me those so i left and went home and checked your site and saw that you do have them i called back and he then said Yes we do have the AWT 3.7v 3500 MAH i went ALL the way back to your store very uspet i had to drive from duke st back to your shop amd asked him to do something for my inconvenience and he said to me that the batteries he gave me were not worth 24 dollars in gas and i said still you should do something and he said no i will only swap batteries thats horrible customer service and i wont be back... read more

Not really sure what's up with dark hair guy with glasses but every time I have came in to get pods or juice he's very rude and condescending. He's normally always there and sometimes the only one there. Never can explain what juice is what to me. Very unprofessional and immature.
