They are so poorly managed that they will get your billing wrong and pretend that their mistake was your mistake They ignore the needs of toddlers and special needs children and lash out when kids are just being kids. It's unbelievable that children with special needs are treated with such contempt by the staff here. If you lack the patience required to work with children, you should absolutely not be in the healthcare BUSINESS, let alone service BUSINESS, let alone in public service. You are your insurance number to these people.
