I had a friend bring me there so that I could check it out, and I was impressed. Even though my insurance is out of network, they accepted it, and kept my co-pay low. They arranged transportation for me until such time that I was able to drive myself. Everyone there has been so pleasant. Hani takes the time to really learn about you & explains the process. They are caring and professional, and make sure that you are progressing. I go in, do my stretches, then the physical therapy exercises. When I'm finished they put me in the ice cuff. That's my favorite part. I would definitely recommend them if you were looking for something in the area.

They either chose to leave or you got rid of them. Rapha got rid of my chiropractor, Mark , who was wonderful. He was a god send who helped me so much. He was let go. I think the facilities dwindling visitation is the inconsistency. It's not good when your staff is coming and going so quickly. As of late, there is no one in there when I go. Why? Why did everyone leave? When the staff your patients love leave , your patients will leave too. Make it an environment that felt like it used to. It doesn't have that feel any longer.

The people in front are really fantastic - they helped me a lot with my insurance company- and are always nice and knowledgeable. The Physical Therapists are great, and recently made an adjustment to my therapy plan that really helped out. Again; knowledgeable and eager to help you get better. They will push you to help yourself :) My knee is feeling stronger every day, and the pain is getting reduced little by little. Clean facility, flexible with appointments (I work nights so I am at an advantage), overall really good experience. Also, if I could give it 4.5 stars, I would.

My OT was performed by Wynchelle and Chris, and they were so kind and engaging, teaching me so much about the way our motor functions work. I've never done any form of OT/PT and didn't know what to expect, so imagine my surprise when I came away feeling like I had a FUN and healing time. Every instruction for home care was demonstrated so well with correctional feedback when needed, and all stretches and massages were performed with attention to my pain tolerance.
