With that said, there were other therapists there that could benefit from obtaining more professionalism and how to handle the envIronment of working with patients better. I have been experiencing a serious issue with my neck and right shoulder for a few years. Upon waiting for an MRI testing, I was recommended to JAG in Bayonne. Once my MRI results were retrieved by me, it was shown that I have 4 herniated discs in my neck with one of them pressing on my spinal cord. This is a severe condition known as Cervical Myelopathy. This generally is a condition where if severe, can only require a surgical procedure to correct the issue. It is also important to note that when at JAG, I was being given different therapists each time which wouldn't enable me to have a consistent level of care. On 12/23/24, I had a therapist there where I mentioned my condition. The therapist tried talking me out of a surgery that I desperately need. If I do not proceed with the surgery, there is an intense chance of paralyzation. As the writing of this, I have gait and balancing issues which is causing serious pain and numbness in my legs and hands. I mentioned about showing them the MRI report only to be told "oh I don't need to see it. Surgeons only tell you certain things because they want the money. You should come to us for 2 months to see how you feel." On this same day, this person had me lifting 15 pound weights laying on a table to do bench presses. I expressed that my right arm is too shaky and it is a major risk. They replied "Oh I'm right here I'll make sure you do not drop them." Even though they walked away and left me alone. I have been dealing with serious pain in my neck and shoulder since. My mother was a patient here as well who thought the world of her therapist Ruju. One day that I was not there, my mother was confronted by a therapist stating she is wrong for allowing me to get a surgery. Keep in thought, I am a 33 year old man. It is a decision made from the guidance of an expert surgeon that influenced me to make the decision for my health. it is completely unprofessional conduct from two (unnamed) therapists that use personal opinions to influence one's decision without a comprehensive understanding of a patient's MRI reports. My father was also a patient short term and his back was hurt from one of these unnamed therapists. On their behalf, it is completely upsetting as we do not wish to return to this JAG location in Bayonne. The 3 therapists mentioned above, deserve much credit while the others in mind need a vast understanding to conduct themselves more like professionals rather than the way they did handle themselves. I wanted to bring this to light as reference for those who may be given misinformation by anyone.

They arranged transportation for me until such time that I was able to drive myself. Everyone there has been so pleasant. Hani takes the time to really learn about you & explains the process. They are caring and professional, and make sure that you are progressing. I go in, do my stretches, then the physical therapy exercises. When I'm finished they put me in the ice cuff. At first, I was very pleased with the services he received. I appreciated that he could receive all of his therapy in one place, and I liked that the therapists collaborated with each other. However, over time, I began to notice a significant decline. The staff turnover became alarming, and the once well-managed team of highly qualified professionals and great leaders was replaced by a much smaller group with less experience, some of whom I suspect were students themselves. I also observed a shift in the environment. What had once been a positive, supportive atmosphere started to feel tense. Though they tried to hide it, it was clear that the staff weren't happy. It was difficult to watch the therapists my child loved leave, only to be replaced by less qualified individuals. I also heard other parents at my child's school discussing their negative experiences with Infinite Therapy Solutions, which further raised concerns. The breaking point for me came when I noticed on one of our insurance bills that my child's services had been billed under a different provider than the therapist who actually worked with him. While I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, I know enough to understand that such billing practices are a major red flag. After that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Mostly minor pains that come with the territory but keeping fresh and healthy has never been easier. The thing I prefer the most is that Dr. Mingoia doesn't claim to be able to cure cancer or mental illness, I've been to places like that before and walked right out when I heard it. He offers chiropractic medicine as a way of simply reliving pain. Simple and Direct. They also offer supplemental therapies at this office. They have a wonderful masseuse that offers full and half hour massages that can work your upper and lower body or pinpoint origin of your muscle pains. They have recently added Acupuncture with Kitak Ryu. He offers traditional acupuncture and related therapies. As of this post I've had 3 sessions with him and he is very thorough. Covering important aspects that in my opinion are necessary of a good acupuncturist he explains, Qi, stagnation of energy and or circulation, among other things. His best quality is that he takes his time assessing needle placement and checking pressure points as you go and modifying treatment. He's been wonderful so far.
