The people in front are really fantastic - they helped me a lot with my insurance company- and are always nice and knowledgeable. The Physical Therapists are great, and recently made an adjustment to my therapy plan that really helped out. Again; knowledgeable and eager to help you get better. They will push you to help yourself :) My knee is feeling stronger every day, and the pain is getting reduced little by little. Clean facility, flexible with appointments (I work nights so I am at an advantage), overall really good experience. Also, if I could give it 4.5 stars, I would.

She combined deep professional knowledge with genuine kindness and patience. Mary not only helped him regain strength and mobility but also gave him the confidence and encouragement to keep progressing, even on the difficult days. She tailored each session to his specific needs and always took the time to explain what they were working on and why. We are so grateful for the difference Mary and the entire OT team made in his recovery. The environment was always supportive, respectful, and full of hope. Sure there was some "help" I wasn't a fan of and on a couple of occasions I told them so. No place is perfect.......the place she came from was a hellhole.....S.I. They either chose to leave or you got rid of them. Rapha got rid of my chiropractor, Mark , who was wonderful. He was a god send who helped me so much. He was let go. I think the facilities dwindling visitation is the inconsistency. It's not good when your staff is coming and going so quickly. As of late, there is no one in there when I go. Why? Why did everyone leave? When the staff your patients love leave , your patients will leave too. Make it an environment that felt like it used to. It doesn't have that feel any longer.

At first, I was very pleased with the services he received. I appreciated that he could receive all of his therapy in one place, and I liked that the therapists collaborated with each other. However, over time, I began to notice a significant decline. The staff turnover became alarming, and the once well-managed team of highly qualified professionals and great leaders was replaced by a much smaller group with less experience, some of whom I suspect were students themselves. I also observed a shift in the environment. What had once been a positive, supportive atmosphere started to feel tense. Though they tried to hide it, it was clear that the staff weren't happy. It was difficult to watch the therapists my child loved leave, only to be replaced by less qualified individuals. I also heard other parents at my child's school discussing their negative experiences with Infinite Therapy Solutions, which further raised concerns. The breaking point for me came when I noticed on one of our insurance bills that my child's services had been billed under a different provider than the therapist who actually worked with him. While I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, I know enough to understand that such billing practices are a major red flag. After that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
