I also want to mention the day and night supervisors Dawn and John who were always so compassionate. Special thanks to John for being there during mom's final moments. In my opinion at Golden Gate you have some of the best nurses on the 4th floor, and 2nd floor when mom first arrived. The aides were very caring and took that extra mile with mom's daily care as best they could. I never thought I would place mom in long term care, but when we could not take care of all her medical needs at home we knew it was the right decision and I am glad we selected Golden Gate. A big THANK YOU to the Social Services ladies who could not be sweeter and always accessible to answer questions. Laura was a sweetheart and always there to answer my financial questions. Many thanks to Debbie the speech therapist working with mom during the last few months to see how we could get her to eat without too many issues, not knowing we had a bigger issue coming. The P/T and O/T tried so hard to make her body move but it was an overwhelming task for them and mom, but I thank them for understanding her limitations and not making her endure more pain than necessary. Now I learn to live without my most precious gift, my mother. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Terrible Terrible…read more This place was a disaster for my family. They are money aggressive and vicious. The physical therapist was EXTREMELY ROUGH my mother told me before she died... And they wouldn't accept mother back because she didn't have money... So she died the next week. DISGUSTING ANIMALS THEY ARE!!!!!!!!

She combined deep professional knowledge with genuine kindness and patience. Mary not only helped him regain strength and mobility but also gave him the confidence and encouragement to keep progressing, even on the difficult days. She tailored each session to his specific needs and always took the time to explain what they were working on and why. We are so grateful for the difference Mary and the entire OT team made in his recovery. The environment was always supportive, respectful, and full of hope. We can't thank them enough for restoring not just movement, but also independence and peace of mind. At first, I was very pleased with the services he received. I appreciated that he could receive all of his therapy in one place, and I liked that the therapists collaborated with each other. However, over time, I began to notice a significant decline. The staff turnover became alarming, and the once well-managed team of highly qualified professionals and great leaders was replaced by a much smaller group with less experience, some of whom I suspect were students themselves. I also observed a shift in the environment. What had once been a positive, supportive atmosphere started to feel tense. Though they tried to hide it, it was clear that the staff weren't happy. It was difficult to watch the therapists my child loved leave, only to be replaced by less qualified individuals. I also heard other parents at my child's school discussing their negative experiences with Infinite Therapy Solutions, which further raised concerns. The breaking point for me came when I noticed on one of our insurance bills that my child's services had been billed under a different provider than the therapist who actually worked with him. While I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, I know enough to understand that such billing practices are a major red flag. After that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
