It's tiny, has no true grocery section, and the design has some touches that are closer to the 80s than today. Those are plusses in my book. I had a major complaint 6 years ago to which they did nothing about it. An employee was throwing change at me and basically telling me he was gonna do what he wanted and he did. I would go to other checkers and he would stop what he was doing and help sack my groceries and make snide comments about me. I talked to managers and was even called by the owner who swore he would get fired but suprise they kept him on. I stopped going in there and when I finally came back periodically the guy that was harassing me was gone but my feelings for that place did not. Why pay to shop at a place that really doesnt care for its customers. Bathrooms were horrible, they smelled and nobody was hardly ever in the post office part in the latter part days of the store. Visited on: multiple dates from 2012 to present…read more To my knowledge, this and Consumers are the only conventional dedicated grocery stores in Stillwater, and Food Pyramid is probably the most well-rounded grocery store, with the best selection of items and the most pleasant shopping environment. They tend to have better quality items (a good example is in ice cream) and the freshest produce. Their main downfall is their somewhat higher prices in comparison to Consumers and Walmart.

Since I have vision problems, I asked Sherry to fill out the ticket for me and specifically told her that I wanted "12 games." I noticed she was printing out 12 separate tickets, so I told her I wanted them all on the same ticket. She said, "Well, I should have marked 12 games on the card then. They'll be on separate tickets." I thought she meant 12 games (which is what I asked for) ... one ticket per game. When I got home and looked at the tickets, all 12 were for the same game. Why would I want 12 tickets with the same numbers for the same game? That makes no sense. "Twelve games" means 12 different, consecutive games. I called the Dillons store and talked to Sherry about it. She was very rude and refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake. I finally said, "Maybe I should just stop shopping at Dillons altogether." Her response was, "Well, if that's what you want to do." So, apparently Dillons doesn't care if they lose dedicated customers. And if this is the best service they have to offer, then I highly doubt if I'll trade there any longer. You've been warned.

I assumed she would simply leave to grab her wallet, but the cashier's assistant offered to pay for the meal. While I initially thought this was a kind gesture, it quickly turned offensive. The employee commented on how "skinny" my 18-year-old daughter is, using her body as a pretext for the "charity." We are more than capable of paying for our own food, and it was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional for this employee to use a helping hand as an excuse to body-shame my daughter and make derogatory remarks under the guise of religious righteousness. As a family of color, we felt targeted and disrespected. I was appalled by this behavior and urge management to address this hypocrisy and lack of professionalism.
