She gave us plenty of advice on how to cook some of the cuts we are not familiar with. She even sent us recipes for them. Such a lovely lady! A quarter of a cow got us around 20 pieces of steaks, stewing meat, broth bones, liver, beef cheek, tri-tips, strips, filets, loads and loads of minced beef, and a bunch of other cuts I've never heard of but very keen to try. Sourcing local foods and supporting these businesses is the way for us now and we will be back pretty soon when our stash runs out.

The manager Lillie Sumpter talks about all her employees complaining constantly and is a complete bully. I am a customer and I heard it all. The turn around is insane. The employees leave all the time. The nice employees are talked about for not breaking the groceries. Lillie broke my cookies and smashed my bread. I don't like how fast they move. I hate broken cookies. If you wonder why the nice people leave it's because they care. You aren't allowed to care at ALDIs. Caring about bread means you are too slow. I saw an employee moving so fast a box hit her in the face. Lillie saw it happen and didn't even care. Managers are supposed to make reports not ignore everything. I'm deeply disappointed in the management. ALDIs needs a revamp I'm Ponca city. Sue is great but I overheard her manager tell her she was slow. My stomach was turning listening to this bully of a manager. Tyrus is exceptionally good. Sue is amazing. Michael is grumpy. Rosie is awesome. Lillie is following the rules that clearly allow bullying and dangerous work environments for its employees. The bad vibe is picked up by the customers and that's not okay. Stop bullying people and slow down. Tell ALDIs to wake up. read more
