I guess they got it out and realized it had a chip! I placed orders to close the box and forward my mail and it took four visits to get them to even close the box. (Thanks Ms. Mary who finally took a minute to look it up in their system and figure out what was happening; no one had bothered to mark my box "closed". ) My mail never has been forwarded, even though I paid extra to extend the forwarding. Every time I went in, I just got some BS song and dance from the clerks. The customer service was never great but this was next-level. Stay far away from this USPS branch.
