That was a waste of time. The person that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude. When I mentioned that I'm trying to get help getting a package that is medication that I needed urgently she kept saying she couldn't help me. I asked if they could contact the warehouse she said no that no one can call them. She then ended the call by hanging up on me. How this person had a job in customer service is beyond me. They stole a package of mine…read more It was sent around from four different post office in memphis, before finally arriving at the right ZIP Code, and then they said they forwarded it due to it having the wrong ZIP Code, even though I have a screenshot of the label, and the company called me trying to give me the runaround and telling me they delivered it Friday. This is the shadiest post office in memphis. If you are sending anything worth more than $20, deliver it by person.
