When you go online it tells you what to bring to apply for a passport. This location also does the pictures as well but they don't do them on the weekends only during the week. Me and my friend had an appointment on October 18th to apply for a passport. We had a very nice lady name Angela that took us in the room and assisted us with the application. Postal workers get a bad name and I don't know why because they're not all disgruntled. Miss Angela was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and funny. We were able to get this process done very quickly and efficiently with no mistakes even though she was handling two people at one time. I came all the way from Atlanta to go to this particular post office because my friend lives in Leesburg and it was just easier to do it at the same time. They had an abundance of appointments as well. I received my passport within 3 weeks. That was an expedited submission however. I will gladly go back to this post office to do business again.

He reviewed my application and advised that there were some errors. He helped me get them corrected and I am now set up to receive my Social Security next week. You need more employees like Mr. Hughes who are patient and make the process enjoyable. I certainly hope he gets an accommodation for his helpfulness. Richard Badge 0524 was sarcastic and rude as he threatened to arrest a woman for catching the door to try to talk to him claiming she "snatched" it. Talking about we should've been on time. Continued to be rude and refused to talk to us or answer questions. One guy asked to speak to the event coordinator. He threatened to arrest him too. A child had to pee. Doesn't matter. We stood outside for an hour as we watched people leave--graduates and all. I'll never come back here or to any of their other locations for any event. This is the type of business you want to run? Keep it.

Yes some of the Military vehicles been over seas and you can see some that been damaged by mortar attacks, IED's/Road side bombs and etc. They have a Military Exchange located on the base close to the Military Police building on the other side of the road. Also they do have a gasoline pumps on site which is nice for the families who are stationed here who want to fill up with fuel before heading out or coming home.
