Unfortunately, not generally the experience I've had at other regional post offices. A few years ago, I used their passport service and it was a breeze. Did not take as long as I thought it would. Easy to schedule without a long wait for my appointment. Highly recommend making this post office regular stop when needed. I certainly have!
