Literally the worst post office ever. My mail person doesn't even try to deliver packages and instead I get a notification that they "attempted delivery" but they're just too lazy to put packages in our apartment mail boxes. Instead they end up taking them back to the post office and if you don't go pick them up, they send them back!! I constantly get mail from other addresses, two packages never even showed up, and they never answer their phone. If I could switch postal offices I would. HORRIBLE! read more

After many years of enduring my mail delivered to neighbors on another street and their mail and packages delivered to me, I decided on a course of action. Deliver it back to the Post Office. Maybe after delivering the same package to the wrong address many times they will learn. Maybe they won't. Hopefully they will. But for now, anyone I do business with online I ask if delivery is UPS or FEDEX, "How much will it cost for the delivery straight to my address and no SmartPost." I will pay extra whatever it costs just not to have to deal with USPS. read more

It is always a bummer when the Yelp hours are not the actual hours, as happened to me today when I arrived at 12:15 and they close at 12:00 noon on a Saturday. I've submitted the update. As well, this post office does not have one of the automated machines for weighing packages and purchasing postage. Most annoying. I absolutely hate this post office. They refuse to deliver packages to my home, despite the fact that I pay for delivery. I am required to pick up EVERY package from the post office, which I find to be a terrible inconvenience. If I could give the Arden post office a zero-star rating, I would. read more

I wish that I could put zero stars for this establishment. At the time I had 296 large envelopes that I needed mailed for my office. They refused to run the packages and told me I had to stick stamps on myself. The staff also seemed very annoyed that I'd even come in with my packages. Luckily, the manager on duty (who was actually really helpful and lovely) told me to check a post office down the road located at 1950 Hendersonville Road - right next to Lee's Asian Market. Thank god I did, they were so accommodating and friendly. I will no longer give my business to the Post Office Location in Arden. read more

This post office NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! Don't waste your time trying to call. I have tried calling them dozens of times and they NEVER ANSWER! The only way to contact ANYONE at the Arden NC post office is to show up at the post office. read more

It seems like they decide if they don't want to deliver some packages or sometimes don't even make the effort to bring the mail to my front door, it usually depends on the mailman, but most times they don't and they say that they tried to deliver but it was not possible, most of the time I'm home when the mailman comes, and still they say that they couldn't deliver it. This post office is always busy. The workers keep the lines moving very quickly and are always polite. Thank you for the great service.

Terrible, This is my 28704 post office, they have lost or stolen 3 packages in the last year and a check, all shown as delivered to my locked box. I make sure everything is tracked but if they show delivered it becomes useless. They also like to play the lets see how much stuff can I squeeze into the box game... Have complained to no avail. read more

With so many people in a hurry to drop off a package and get on with their day it is really frustrating to experience the postal workers at this office who live in a slow motion fog and feel that their cheesy comedy skit is actually appreciated. In short, horrible inconsiderate service or should I say lack of service- ship online if at all possible!!! read more

Dropped off a package today and it was a very simple and no stress to send it off. The postal worker found the best and cheapest way to send my package. I have been to this post office many times with the same service. During the Christmas rush when it was very busy, the employees have been so nice and helpful all the time. read more
