I called and spoke with Sherry, explained what I was looking for, and, as expected, learned that the tiles had been discontinued. What happened next truly impressed me. Sherry went above and beyond to help me find a solution, and even that doesn't begin to describe her level of customer service. After doing some research, she provided me with several options to pursue. I appreciated her efforts, but the next morning, she called me first thing with the news that she had actually found the tiles! She then worked with me to arrange payment and pickup so we could get them the very next day. When we arrived to pick up the tiles, the team at Eagle Roofing was equally friendly and helpful. And Sherry didn't stop there--she even followed up afterward to make sure we had received the tiles and that everything had gone smoothly. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Sherry was a refreshing reminder of what genuine care and dedication look like. She took the time to listen, went out of her way to help, and stayed with the process until our problem was resolved. I went in and ended up speaking with Robert, and he helped me through everything I needed. They seem to have everything needed, even in those last minute oops I forgot something instanced. Best part, is each time I came in after my initial large order, I was treated just the same as if I was placing a large order even though it was little things here and there. Wasn't happy to need to reroof the house, but very happy I was able to work with this wholesaler!

Fantastic delivery team from the Pacentia office! Had to have 2 deliveries of roofing materials on…read more2 days. Both went off without a hitch. The team of Jr, Micheal, Sal and Joel worked as a well oiled machine unloading and spreading materials everywhere needed for the job. They waited patiently as vehicles needed to move for their trucks bom to operate safely. We were even serenaded a little from tike to time by one of the workers as he hauled material at around 90 degree heat across the roof. Maybe next Amercan Idol??. Anyways, thanks for the good work and being patient as needed.
