Had a reservation for a one way trailer. We showed up and they told us that they gave the trailer…read moreto someone else and that we needed to go to another U-Haul location on Artesia/Bellflower to pick up. That is very unprofessional. We showed up to other location and they were about to close but we were able to get our trailer. I was informed that when i got to my destination to call and find out where i can drop off the U-Haul trailer because system at the time was not giving them a specific location. When we were ready to drop off trailer i called and found a place, dropped off, and all they said was that i can leave and they will send a text to confirm drop off. Well they charged us for drop off. I was never informed that there was going to be a charge. Very bad service all around. I called customer service to dispute drop off charge and they said i had to drop off trailer to the location stated on paper. I did explain what i was told and i did tell them that no one informed me of any charge for being dropped off at another location. Customer service also said that i got some kind of discount that i was not aware of. Again all customer service is not helpful or informative at all. Very bad service.
