The shotty work performed could not be noticed until the lubricant that the tech used to help the ease of a "hard closing" door finally wore off in the California Heat. They literally tried to mask the problem. Then when confronted, gave 2 hours of notice, unbeknownst to anyone at our company, that they were going to arrive and fix the door yet again. When nobody was made available to help open the door for them so they could perform the repairs, they then gave a slew of excuses over the course of the next week via email, saying that it wasn't their fault, it was the fact that it was on uneven ground. Mind you the container is in a flat parking lot on the loading dock side of a commercial business. Truly disheartening to see a small business such as this treat our customers so poorly.

The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing.
