We 'inherited a scissor lift with a new property purchase - it looked tired, dirty and old. G&J sent a technician that serviced the lift and gave us a report of the problems. Now we have a great working scissor lift for less than $300 plus the cost of a couple batteries! great staff from office to technicians! read more

Do not give your business to this company there are plenty of forklift repair companies with integrity. Broken promises repeatedly. Promised my forklift back within a week, when I called on a tuesday 10 days later they said they would have it back to me on thursday at 12:00, no show and no call. I reached out again and they said they had a technician issue and would have it out the next day, again no forklift or call. Friday 10/23/26 Rubie called and apologized and said she would have it to our shop by 2:30. She sent the invoice and I immediately paid it. By 3:30 they had not delivered it. I called and there was no answer. Monday morning they show up at 9:00 and dropped it of. As I inspected it for the oil change and brake service, we noticed the oil was barely on the dip stick. Our new propane tank had been replaced by an old rusty one. They removed all the stickers from the company we brought it from and put their stickers on it.. Technician visits are $150 per visit and they failed to deliver on both occasions. Luckily, we found another company who was able to fix the issue at hand. When voicing my complaint that we incurred financial losses due to their failure to diagnose the issue and provide a helpful resolution, their manager Yahira Felix was incredibly combative. Never in my life have I encountered such disappointing and combative response when addressing the unsuccessful outcome of a paid service. Absolutely would not recommend this business. Horrible service and repair. read more

I contacted Yahira at G&J to get a quote on moving our forklift from our Rancho Cucamonga warehouse to a warehouse in Ontario. It had to be moved before March 31st. I gave her all the specifics on the model lift and she came back with a quote that beat the other two I received. She was very professional and the guy that showed up for the lift was on time and also very professional. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend G&J for any move!! read more
