Quick and easy! Very helpful with my shipping labels. I would definitely use them to ship any of my packages.

Taken advantage of..... This is an involved story, so some…read morecontext is important. My wife, daughter and I flew to Orlando on 2/8/26 to spend birthdays and Valentine's day at Disney. We flew into MCO and had a small SUV rental car. We stuffed our bags into the rental including my daughter's wheelchair with barely room for our passengers but fortunately only had to travel to our accommodations packed in quite tightly. Partially through our planned 10 day stay, my daughter developed some respiratory issues that forced us to choose to drive home to North Carolina rather than flying back. Our rental car company was accommodating but did not have any larger vehicles that we could drive one way. So, we decided to ship 2 suitcases and 1 duffle bag back to our home. We have used FedEx ground shipping for many years for bulky, heavy packages for our small non-profit as well as personal business and as such also knew that providing our personal account details would be helpful both on pricing and ease of processing addresses. I knew shipping our bags would be costly and was expecting between $75 and $100 per bag. This is where the problem began. I found the closest FedEx Office Print & Ship Center at the Hilton Orlando. I drove over with the bags and found the center, explained my dilemma and was helped. The lady helping inquired several times about my daughter expressing concern for her, which was quite nice and supportive. One of the suitcases weighed 38.2 pounds and the other was around 41 pounds. The lady helping me said they could both fit in one box, which sounded like a cost savings to me. Both those suitcase were packed in a large box and the duffle was packed in a cut down golf club box. Another gentleman helped me to check out. Here comes the problem. First, he told me that will be $522! Shocking but what choice did I have. Then he handed me the bill which totaled $650!!! Apparently the first charge was just shipping, not boxes or packing. I am shocked by the cost and after doing a bit of digging later saw that if packed separately each box would have shipped for under $90 each! I am now convinced that the person at the FedEx Office chose to put both bags in one large box as a convenience for her without any regard for the cost impact for the shipping fee and that this choice likely added $300 to the cost. I must say that I am flabbergasted at the cost of $650 for three bags. I see this as a significant breach of trust between FedEx and a long time customer.

The staff was not able to find it at first and then told me it was in the cart. He couldn't reach the person by the cart because the phone was not working, so I waited. Finally was able to contact the person's cell and asked for the package; he then left for other things and I waited. The second person arrived with my package but could not identify a scanner, so I again waited till a third person showed the second person the scanner and I could sign the package. Then I was asked to pay $10 for picking up the package. -1 star. I

I am the CMO for a global company. I stopped in here to send a package overnight (today is Friday 3/17) for arrival on Monday (3/30) morning delivery. Precursor - Prior to that I had asked (and graciously paid for) notary services of the documents. No problem. Services rendered, services paid for. Now we get to the shipping rates. The woman pulls up rates starting at $54 dollars for April 4th delivery and spanning $272 dollars for Monday delivery by 10am. Yes, you read that right. $272 dollars for an envelope. For Monday delivery, by 10am. That's the cost of shipping a small refrigerator freight on a truck. Obviously I was shocked. Asked her how that was possible. Her response was "yeah...you have to talk to the owner Harry, he controls the prices." Well Harry...here's your chance to retort. How is it possible in any world to send an envelope weighing a quarter of a pound...overnight to Alabama...an hour and 27 minute flight away from Ocoee....and have it cost $272 dollars? By the way, the girl behind the counter tried to validate this at first with a response that was "well that's the price of shipping these days". For what? A bison to Guam via boat? C'mon. For reference, Afterwards I called Patricia over at FedEx on West Colonial, who I also do business with. I gave her the contents, the weight, the address and the shipping expectations of delivery on Monday by 10am. Her rate via FedEx? $53 dollars. FedEx...a global shipper...$53.00 for Monday morning delivery by 10am. Harry's Mail Center...$272 dollars for Monday by 3pm. In the end I took it to the post office on Hiawassee. Express Mail with tracking. Arrival Monday by 3pm. Cost? $11.28 I work in an industry where media, print and costs are marked up...usually about 11% to make profit on running a business. If you do that math...thats a 413% markup. And some bullshit. You're flagged Harry. Not sure what kind of operation you think you're running, but it will be reported.

I went in as soon as I got the note (it was custom jewelry made from my mothers jewelry, as such it was irreplaceable, so I did not want it sitting in a random warehouse) There was one person in front of me being seen to and 2 people working (but only one working with that person). I still waited in line for 15+ min. When they did get to me they initially couldn't find my package. Nerve wracking. Very stressful. When I said something to the tune of "what do you mean you can't find it" clearly a little panicked, then she got the other person involved and she found it immediately...was there really a need to put me though that? So, while I did not use them of my own will, I don't think they would be my first choice as a shipper should i need one in the future.
