When I had Justina Jaminet, PT, DPT I was absolutely raving about Rebound and getting the help I needed. The front desk staff always had a smile and were super helpful. Past the front desk, I had a good relationship with many of the PTs - but with the departure of some of the more seasoned PTs I noted a change in care. I have a chronic and acute series of conditions but my therapist was ready to move me out of treatment after about 6 weeks. His demeaner was kind of like a game show host. He didn't seem committed to my care but was on to his next patient, especially if it was a pretty woman. I noted that he generally started a few minutes later each session and was ending a bit earlier thus my hour session went to 50 minutes and then 45 right before he said I was being graduated. I reminded him that we had not completed any of the desired outcomes, accomplished any long lasting impacts, and when I learned from the VA that this therapist had not turned in any records, status updates or goals I was shocked as these are a therapist's bread and butter. I wrote to one of the co-owners to express my concerns and was basically told we can talk when I get another consult. This is cause for my concern. Look I like the people there but if I can't get the help I need and people seem like they are seeing me as a cash resource and not a patient I have to go elsewhere. I am hoping that with some PT personnel changes and some improvement in the medical record keeping that Rebound will regain their pre-eminent role in the local area.

I saw Joe for physical therapy and Melissa for massage therapy back in 2016 with chronic back pain…read moreand went every week for a year or so and just had an amazing successful time getting my back, back to the way it needs to be; stronger and more functional in my daily life. Joe did a great job showing me home exercises to continue the strengthening and did good in clinic when I was there. Melissa was amazing too she couldn't have been more so as she always just seemed to know where my bad spots where and was always able to help with discomfort I had and along side Joe help keep my back in much better shape then when I started. I found was not only treatable, but was noticeably better after just one visit and after a couple weeks of visits. Difference in my pain level was like night and day. I started going to them with no expectations just because my doctor said I needed to fill a six week physical therapy clause for insurance. I chose them because they were closest to my house. And feel fortunate to have found them. I've had physical therapy at several other places before with almost 0 results. I've had surgery twice since I first had a visit with Inspire Physical Therapy and when I was told I had to go so my insurance would cover my surgery I was like I need surgery not physical therapy but I found out I was wrong. I'm getting ready to start physical therapy back up and I'm so happy to know that I have them on my team. Oh and Joe is amazing. If you're in pain after injury or surgery I suggest you ask for him.

She was dismissive and rude. I had told her my primary insurance is Medicare. Just because I am not of age, she shook her head at me and said NO ITS NOT. And insisted that my primary was my spouses insurance. Again, I said no it's Medicare because I have ESRD and it has been since February 2023. She proceeded to dismiss what I say and insisted it's my secondary. Lisa lacked empathy and customer service. I have been through this for over 6 years with my ESRD, I have been to several clinics, I have never encountered anyone at the front desk like Lisa. I told her I would make a phone call, she immediately left her desk and did not come back. Lisa needs to do better and treat patients with empathy

What a ripoff! Never would I go there again, I want to know what I will be paying and not a week or a month later. It seems that almost $500 for a one hour "evaluation" is quite expensive! No wonder our insurance costs are through the roof! If businesses cannot be upfront in their billing to the individual, I wonder what they are actually billing to the insurance companies.

Their billing practices are woefully inadequate. They cannot figure out how to provide the basic…read moreminimum amount of information to receive reimbursement for an HSA or FSA account. They never provide a description of services offered and maintain you have to wait for the bills to clear your insurance first. It's maddening and time consuming for patients as it requires follow up and sometimes significant delays for reimbursement. It is beyond me that an invoice can't or doesn't allow the opportunity to include a description of services rendered. For example, was it a PT appointment, a purchase for stretchy bands, massage, etc. Ugh! The providers are skilled but the Admin side with Rev Cycle needs serious attention.

Luckily they had just one open slot and as soon as I finished my new patient forms I was seen. Usually this never happens so I'm lucky to have gotten in the same day to be evaluated. Jeff was very helpful and gentle. He asked all the right questions, because I could not explain the pain I was having on my own. I was given information and exercises to do at home to help myself recover. I'm very pleased with my first visit and am looking forward to a pain free future. I think I'll get that here.

My physical therapist Erin listened to my concerns and was able to further explain some of the issues I have been dealing with. She manipulated a few spots and recommended some exercises to help address the others. This is also one of the few offices that says to show up 15 min early, you actually need to do it.
