I found was not only treatable, but was noticeably better after just one visit and after a couple weeks of visits. Difference in my pain level was like night and day. I started going to them with no expectations just because my doctor said I needed to fill a six week physical therapy clause for insurance. I chose them because they were closest to my house. And feel fortunate to have found them. I've had physical therapy at several other places before with almost 0 results. I've had surgery twice since I first had a visit with Inspire Physical Therapy and when I was told I had to go so my insurance would cover my surgery I was like I need surgery not physical therapy but I found out I was wrong. I'm getting ready to start physical therapy back up and I'm so happy to know that I have them on my team. Oh and Joe is amazing. If you're in pain after injury or surgery I suggest you ask for him.

My only issue is with Bridges Counseling, the agency she works under. I tried for over a month to get in to see her while on medication that I was getting low on (a little over 2 weeks out so I wasn't that "emergency" type patient that I've had to work with). No one would return my calls. Ultimately, I had to titrate myself off of a SNRI and had to find someone to pick me up cold without access to my medical records. Not ideal. Definitely not impressed with Bridges. I preferred her old agency as they were much better at communicating with me about appointments, medications, and questions. If Anne Marie had her own practice or was still under her old agency, I'd still be seeing her. The odd thing is I received a return call in August/September 2017. I'd been calling in April and May of 2017. Just something future clients might want to be aware of. I also had no direct way of reaching Anne Marie, so perhaps she will see this feedback and realize there is an issue with her staff's communication.

I had nothing but excellent experiences when I was there. The staff are kind and courteous. Both the waiting area and the treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. The hand therapist I saw, Alicia, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She gave me many tools and exercises I still use to this day to help treat and prevent pain in my wrists, arms, and shoulders. The office has a variety of useful equipment such as foam rollers, dumbbells, and stability balls. Providers can make custom equipment such as wrist splints for you which is really nice. I feel like I made great progress quickly with my condition. Towards the end of your treatment, you can provide feedback on your experiences on a survey form. Alaska Hand Rehab accepts most health insurance. In the event there is an issue with billing, the staff are willing to work with you and your insurance company to reach a solution. Highly recommended if you are in need of treatment for pain in your arm, hand, and/or shoulder.
