I stopped in to the store on Friday and was looking for a matte black lock and info on installation. I had already purchased a new knob when it occurred to me I'm not all that handy. The very nice gentleman that helped me (sorry I can't recall his name) was very helpful. He gave me the rundown on pricing and installation, including the knob I had already purchased. I was ready to buy! To my surprise, he told me Monday was the soonest they could get someone out to me. I was shocked, as Monday was a holiday and I was sure I'd wait about a week, before they could get to me. I booked the 10-12 window and was on my way. Jim, the installer/locksmith called (as I was told he would) and informed me that he had a cancellation and could come at 9:15am if I'd like. I did like and Jim was at my door right on time.
