While he disagreed with my assessment, and was combative...my perspective didn't change... It only worsened in terms of the company... I'm the paying customer, and the experience didn't meet expectations... I deal with a lot of vendors across the state for my facilities so I know the difference between acceptable and unacceptable. My biggest issue was the lack of cleanup and how quickly the crew seemed ready to leave. My entire back patio was left covered in mud and debris. The mess extended to my pool (which required a separate cleaning), the side corridors, walkways, my new doors, and even my barbecue area... It was pretty nasty... The new barbecue just got put in so the white stucco is going to need to be repainted. The street in front of my home.. including both neighboring properties...was left with significant sludge and sentiment buildup. I ended up having to apologize to my neighbors and personally pressure wash the area myself. To be fair, I was told the pool might get dirty, but this was far beyond what I expected. They also backed up and blocked my pool overflow system, which had been working fine prior, and didn't address it before leaving. From my perspective, the crew seemed more focused on moving quickly toward cutting concrete and scheduling additional work rather than fully resolving the issue at hand... They were eager to get the initial job going which is fine, and said there are three guys ready to work, but unfortunately one guy probably should have been out on disability with what seemed like a broken arm. No disrespect, they all seemed nice from a personality standpoint... But when you're being billed per hour, you expect three healthy workers. I've had similar work done at my other properties, and this experience felt rushed and not up to a professional standard. What didn't sit well with me was the owner's lack of receptiveness to respectful, direct feedback... especially from another business owner. In summary: The issue was not resolved (roots were visible on camera but not cleared).. out 1300 bucks.. did you get a second opinion and a trenchless option with more appropriate tools was presented and being executed on. There appeared to be a push toward more invasive and costly work... And they couldn't really confirm where the actual blockage was. It was more of a guessing game. Cleanup was far below expectations I was left to handle the aftermath, including cleaning and neighbor impact This may not be everyone's experience, but it was mine. I'll let others decide accordingly.

Matthew came out promptly, assessed the shower, toilet area and surrounding space thoroughly and found no active moisture. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, he was completely honest about what he saw and didn't see. If you're looking for a plumber who tells you the truth even when it's not the easy answer -- Matthew is your guy. Rare find. Highly recommend! One tip -- Matthew is a one-man operation so give him a day or two to respond to calls. He's worth the wait!

The work turned out to be more involved than he initially anticipated, but even when I offered to pay the difference, he stuck to his original proposal. Matthew took great care to protect our home, putting down floor coverings wherever he worked and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. He was especially careful when opening the drywall, only creating the openings necessary to complete the work properly, even when things got challenging. Since he was working on a gas line, he took extra precautions, checking for leaks three to four times. He was patient, thorough, and focused on doing the job right instead of rushing through it. Matthew also recommended a drywall professional to help close up the openings after the project, which was a huge help. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Matthew Plumbing. I would absolutely recommend him to others. His charges are reasonable, and he is responsible and communicative -- more than I could ask for.

I used John Murray because my condo Complex uses them and we have pretty bad pipes. So I called…read morethem for a leak from my shower upstairs. The sent a very nice man over who showed up on time and was very professional. After 2 hours he determined that the shower vaulve was leaking. 2 hours seems like a long time. I did tell him that I had replaced the bath overflow and thought I had messed that up. It turns out I was wrong and the issue was the shower valve. So I said ok go ahead and replace it. He informed me that he couldn't, an estimator would have to send me an estimate and he would have to come back and that the charge for today was $320. $320. keep in mind that is for cutting a hole in the wall and finding a leak that was 6 inches behind the wall. Then 3 days later I get an email asking for my email address so they can send me an invoice. I ask how much is it I want to get this scheduled. She explained she did not know and that the email would have the quote. I said ok and that I would wait. So the email comes. $1010 was the quote in addition to the $320 charged to say the valve was leaking. I have no idea if this is a good idea or not and I need it fixed so I called them to schedule. They informed me that I needed to sign the estiamate first and send it back. I said I did not have that facility. they basically gave some options for downloading ot my phone and signing on my phone, but pretty much figure it out yourself. I said this it too much work and that I would go with someone else. Side note I am actually on the HOA board I have not done business directly with them before, but I was told good things by the management company. Apparently they were not correct on their assessment of their customer service and pricing as searching on google show a reasonable price to be around $600 not $1330. So I will be looking at these invoices more closely when they come from the management company and start asking for competing bids.

Most recently, they performed maintenance on my water heater and installed a leak detection system. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and thorough the team was. After the service, I noticed a drop in hot water pressure and reached out. They responded quickly and came back out the same day to take care of it. It ended up being a simple fix, but their responsiveness and willingness to make it right really stood out. They also consistently treat me fairly on pricing, which I truly appreciate. It's great having a company I trust to help maintain and protect my home. Definitely recommend Heys Plumbing!

We asked a couple people which company to use and everyone recommended Heys Plumbing and I can see why. Dispatch scheduled Luke to come out the same morning we called but unfortunately he wasn't able to stay to complete the full repair. He did put in a temporary fix so we could turn the water back on until they had time for someone to come back to fix the pipe. Both technicians, Luke and Rodrigo were on time, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I also appreciated the dispatch team for the updates and communication regarding our appointment. I had a question on the invoice and Amanda got back to me right away with a fair resolution. I left feeling like they are a trustworthy company and valued me as a customer. I will definitely use Heys again and recommend them.
