Let me just start by saying Bryan is a ROCK STAR! Puma plumbing was the 4th plumbing company I called when my shower would not turn off. He was able to assess the issue on the phone and knew the solution by talking to me. Bryan would have also helped me resolve my water problem over the phone if I had time and proper tools to do it. I contacted puma plumbing when my home warranty department couldn't find a single plumber to come in on a Sunday night to fix my water heater. Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the recommended diagnosis from my warranty people, but when the problem persisted (due to the warranty people's faulty diagnosis, that Brian disagreed with to begin with) he actually correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While this would be normal plumbing work what went above and beyond his normal call of duty, was when my warranty people refused to honor the payment for the repair of the actual problem that was done for the system. I had already paid Brian for it, But Brian wrote a letter that I then emailed to my warranty people explaining the situation which finally resulted in the warranty people paying for my expenses. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very supportive in helping me get my warranty people to pay for the expenses. His repair work was great and he walked me through exactly what was wrong, he even fixed my shower installation while we were waiting for the water heater to heat up! Saturday morning I noticed a wet area around my kitchen sink. My wife gave me the bad news, our sink faucet was spraying all over the place. It is old and corroded. I called my usual plumber and was told he could not come over until Tuesday. Thus I looked up Brian on Yelp and found out he is available 24/7. I called and he answered the phone and said he would come over in 45 minutes, which he did. He examined the old faucet and said it needed a new line which might be hard to find. He went to his supplier, I think Fergusons, and called indicating they did not have such in stock and I would have to wait until Tuesday for the line or a similar faucet in brushed nickel if I wished to replace such. Exasperated I asked if he could meet me at Lowe's and help me pick out a new faucet and install such. No problem. Brian met me at Lowe's and suggested a replacement (Moen). I purchased it and Brian drove over to my home and replaced it in about 45 minutes. What a relief! I thought I would be without the use of a sink for days.
