I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later -- after multiple store visits and countless phone calls -- I finally got my refund... minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was "being difficult." Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn't run out of. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the "that's just the way it is" attitude, it's clear customer experience doesn't exist here. For a company that promotes quality and reliability, their service is shockingly unprofessional. Management clearly needs serious training in accountability and customer care. Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the roof, ouch. We are very happy with our choice of East Coast and the floor product. Note: I do not believe that ProGen is a DIY type product due to it's rigid warranty requirements.

Get this "waterproof" really ? And tile isn't? Not to mention the vinyl was double the cost of ceramic or porcelain tiles per sq foot. If you are looking for anything over 800 sq feet I do not recommend going here. Pushy sales man trying to push something my mother said no to.
